MEMORIAL PAGE
Many of us lost loved ones in 2009. If you have lost someone, please feel
free to send their name and the month they passed on. I will post it on this
memorial page so that our loved ones will not be forgotten in 2010. Accepting
our loss is the first step to healing. Using Expressive Arts Therapy to express our
thoughts and feelings will help us heal and ease our pain. I choose writing,
especially poetry, as my form of therapy. My book, Sunrise of Revelations,
includes elegies written for relatives and friends who have passed on.
