“Walk through your Toxic Attitudes — Step into Healing!”
Walk for MDCAH and help many lives!
3 mile / 5 K walk... rain or shine! Make it a 10K—circle around twice.
Starr Jaycee Park - Main Pavilion
South side of 13 Mile Rd, between Crooks Rd and North Main St., Royal Oak
Walk and talk with friends or walk quietly in meditation.
Walk through the beautiful park and surrounding lovely neighborhoods.
Don’t forget to smell the flowers!
A Unique “Attitude Walk” is included.
Suggested Donation: $10 Entrance fee

The Metro Detroit Center for Attitudinal Healing (MDCAH) is celebrating our 20th Anniversary year consistently serving the area as a non-profit. Our Mission is to offer learning opportunities and support systems that guide individuals, families, organizations and communities in making choices that lead to the powerful experiences of peace, love and unity. Each person does make a difference.
We offer 5 FREE, weekly, Personal Growth / Support Groups along with classes and workshops to alter lives from conflict to peace. Please support us so we can help reduce stress in people's lives throughout the Detroit area. We are carrying on the great work of Dr. Jerry Jampolsky, the original founder of Attitudinal Healing, which has over 100 Centers worldwide.
