Manuscript Submission Guidelines
How to submit:
1. Your manuscript and query letter must be typed.
2. You must use a 10pt or 12pt standard font (no script or fancy fonts).
3. You must use 1.5 or double spacing.
4. You must have 1” top, bottom, left, and right margins.
5. You must submit your manuscript via e-mail.
NOTE: Handwritten or typed manuscripts mailed via regular mail without an accompanying disk or flash drive or accompanying electronic submission will incur electronic transference fees.
Write a query letter with the following:
1. Give us a biography on you. Also include your name, address, e-mail address, and
phone number.
2. Give us details about your story idea or the subject matter of your book. If you have a title
or tentative title, please include it.
3. Have you written other books or stories? If yes, have they been published and with who?
4. Who is your target audience?
5. Are there other books on the market addressing the topic you plan to address?
6. If so, what will make your book distinct?
7. What qualifications do you have to give you credibility in writing about this topic?
8. What genre(s) of writing are you using?
9. Are you the only author or are there others working with you?
Your possible needs:
1. Will you need a ghostwriter?
2. Will you need assistance with writing?
3. Will you need major editing assistance?
4. Will you need assistance with artwork?
5. Do you have a timeframe in mind of when you would like to complete your project?
